Terms of offer:
For successful property transactions, resulting solely from the recommendation process, that have fully financially and contractually completed in respect of either a: let, rent, buy, sell or buy to let transaction, Ludlow Thompson will contact the referrer for address details for sending a cheque for £50, and will also donate £50 (plus VAT as applicable) to Centrepoint.
Our £50 'thank you' and and donations to charities are payable per successful recommendation, but will only be paid once and not for any subsequent property transactions of the same recommended person/s.
To claim a £50 ‘thank you’, the referrer must advise the person recommended that they have been referred, and complete the form on the recommendation literature or at our website page www.ludlowthompson.com/recommend.
This offer is not applicable in the case where people recommended are already registered or have used the services of Ludlow Thompson Ltd trading as ludlowthompson.com.
We reserve the right to refuse claims, and to withdraw this offer without notice. The referrer may follow up their claim to a £50 'thank you' by emailing recommend@ludlowthompson.com or writing to Recommendations, ludlowthompson.com, 12 Clapham Road, London, SW9 0JG.
