"The website function to time cycling to work and the distance to walk to a tube/train station is great!

The most impressive aspect of our experience was dealing with helpful and friendly staff. As students you are often not taken seriously when looking for properties as students don't have the best reputation and often have the lowest budgets. However we never were treated this way at ludlowthompson and instead were always taken seriously and treated with the same respect and importance as anyone else. I found the personal approach made a huge difference as Tom listened to our specific needs and went above and beyond to try and find us the perfect place to suit exactly what we wanted. Rather than showing us every single property available he always tried to find the ones that he knew we were looking for. It was always great to know we had someone so thoughtful and dedicated to rely on. We found Tom to be very much ' on the ball', always quick to let us know if a place came on the market and always keen to take us for viewings at a moments notice throughout he was communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. It was also refreshing that he would give his time generously and spend hours answering every little question that we would fire his way. As a result we were always kept informed of what was going on. We particularly appreciated that we were never pushed during viewings, or given the hard-sell. We always felt with Tom that we could trust him implicitly and know that he would be upfront and honest about the entire process from start to finish. Our previous experiences with other agencies have been that they are charming during the viewing and noticeably uninterested the second we make it clear we don’t want the property they showed us. In addition one agency rang my flatmate and I twice a day every day for almost a week harassing us to make decisions on properties, which is something we never had at ludlowthompson. They’re approach was always casual and friendly yet reliable and efficient."
