Roding Valley Meadows nature reserve is also nearby, which is famous for its beautiful wildflowers and wide range of wildlife. In nearby Chigwell there are the 300 acres of the Hainault Forest Country Park with bridleways for horse riding, an adventure playground, farm and café.
