Customers need to be able to use whatever the market-leading property portal is to drive the most leads and drive maximum price
This month’s vote to float by members of agency-owned mutual structure Agents Mutual – the parent of property portal OnTheMarket.com – was big news in property circles. But what - if anything - does it mean anything for sellers or landlords looking to market their properties?

The prospect that some shareholder agents may still focus on marketing efforts principally through OnTheMarket remains, particularly as member agents are set to receive reduced advertising costs as an inducement to list their properties.
To ensure that sellers get the maximum price for their property and get the most website traffic, viewings, and, ultimately, potential, interested buyers, our customers need to have their properties on the market-leading portal – whatever that is.
