The Investors in People Gold Accreditation – reflecting 25 years of rewarding careers at ludlowthompson - Apprenticeships, internships and negotiators roles to senior management positions and appointments to the main board
Here at ludlowthompson we are fully committed to our ethos of investing in people. We are delighted to reflect on 25 years of building countless fulfilling careers in property.
In an industry built on professional knowledge, personal relationships and customer care, training and personal development has a huge role to play - ludlowthompson are members of all of the regulatory bodies including ARLA and NAEA Propertymark, NFOPP and TPOS,
ludlowthompson co-founder and Chief Executive David Thompson remarks “We only promote from within, which gives every employee a platform to fulfil their potential. ludlowthompson have fully embraced the Governments apprentice scheme and train all of our managers to extremely high professional standards, all of our Directors have MBA’s, and we hold the investors in People Gold Status – something only 3% of companies awarded this distinction achieve.
It gives us great pleasure to introduce a number of our longest serving and highest achieving members of both the Apex Park Management and London Office teams. All ludlowthompson employees fully embrace the spirit of the Investors in People Accreditation.

Ria Green – current role - Property Services Team Manager joined as Customer Consultant as an apprentice within Business Administration, became our top Referencing Assessor winning #1 All Agents for customer feedback in 2016, and in top5 in UK since then.

Alexander Rawlinson – current role – Managing Director – joined as sales negotiator 2002 and as such is ludlowthompson’s longest standing employee – MBA CASS Business School sponsored by ludlowthompson 2015
