In Q4, London buy-to-let investment properties achieved net annual returns of 10%.

ludlowthompson’s Q4 buy-to-let review found that:
- Average net annual returns were 10% for London buy-to-let properties.
- Buy-to-let investment areas had average rents of £1,164 pcm.
- Average yields for buy-to-let investment areas are 5.3%.
- The average void period for properties managed by ludlowthompson has been just two days over the last three months.
According to the report, buy-to-let property significantly beat other asset classes (such as cash deposit accounts which offer savers only between 1% and 3% interest) in terms of returns for investors.
