The link with professional auctioneers Harman Healy will bring a number of advantages to our vendors:

• a quick sale with a short completion
• a marketplace for properties with common defects:  short leases, incomplete titles, structural problems
• properties that are often difficult to find finance for such as high risese and flats above commercial property
• property with sitting tenants

Traditionally the auctions are attended primarily by professional property developers and buy-to-let investors who have the experience to iron out any small problems that routinely occur with some properties.

If you are interested in selling your property at auction you must be in the position to exchange contracts with the successful bidder on the day of the auction and be able to complete within 28 days.

If it is a rental property that you are selling your tenant can remain in situ until completion, so no loss of rent, the property can also be marketed with an ongoing tenancy which is attractive to some investors.
