Recent law firm report suggests many online-only agencies fail to offer clients real sales progression
Property-owners considering putting their homes on the market have a lot to think about – and choosing the right agent is often at the top of the list.
With a raft of online-only players now in the marketplace alongside more established High Street agents who offer both “bricks” and “clicks”, working out who delivers the best quality of service and value for money can seem tricky.
A recent report by a south east-based law firm has thrown some timely light on this question. It found widespread dissatisfaction with online-only operators – especially in terms of their ability to get sales moving on behalf of their clients and get transactions over the line.
The report cited lack of communication, inaccurate or inadequate advice and a failure to spot issues early on as key issues.
