Women investors multi-task

Research by Bradford & Bingley reveals that women really are expert multi-taskers when it comes to property investment, in fact 76% hold down a day job as well as managing their own property portfolio.

The results also show that women invest in property long term to support their financial future, with 47% seeing property investment as a replacement for their pension.

Well known celebrity investor, Fiona Fullerton says:  “Women are taking control by buying and renovating properties and are being hugely successful at it.  Many women have a strong business sense and when combined with an innate ability to multi-task and a key eye for design, it can often create a winning formula
