Gone are the days when the woman’s involvement in house buying was just fixtures and fittings.
Research by Bradford & Bingley reveals that women really are expert multi-taskers when it comes to property investment, in fact 76% hold down a day job as well as managing their own property portfolio.
The results also show that women invest in property long term to support their financial future, with 47% seeing property investment as a replacement for their pension.
