I love how diverse it is, my colleagues are all so friendly we really get along. There are also so many opportunities to make money and the training is really helpful, you're not thrown in the deep end. My first full time job :)

Having worked for the business for 4 months now I can honestly say that LudlowThompson are the best employer I have ever had. It really has been a thoroughly enjoyable place to work. Really feel like managers care and that they take feedback on board. Above all there is great flexibility when it comes to balancing work/family.
