ludlowthompson, especially Craig and Ayman, have been very helpful throughout the buying process. They were always available to talk and returned calls promptly. Unlike anyone else in the process, they kept the lines of communication open, were reassuring, friendly and maintained a great sense of humour in what was a very stressful situation! Ayman offered to meet me in person at my new home to hand me the keys, answered all my questions and took the time to have a chat with me after a long day! If only other estate agents were like them. Would recommend them without hesitation
