Selling Review

Jessica Kodjovi of LudlowThompson Finsbury Park was so good on so many levels, that I don’t even know where to start or what to highlight first. Before coming to Jessica, I had experienced the worst waste of time and money with a previous estate agent called ‘reliable homes’. What a nightmare. After parting ways with them, I searched the web and came across LudlowThompson and decided to call them, mainly because of their reputation and because they had a local office relatively close to my house. From the moment I emailed them, a reply came back within a couple of hours. Then I spoke to one of their representatives called Sophia (if I remember correctly), who was so polite, understanding and helpful. She immediately put me at ease. She introduced me to her manager Jessica. I can honestly and truthfully say that Jessica is the absolute best estate agent manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know it sounds so corny and cliche, but from the start of my house sale journey, to the end when exchange and completion happened, Jessica always worked tirelessly for me and always went above and beyond; way more than I thought any estate agent would. She was always available to talk, to help put my mind at ease. She would regularly update me. She would chase up whomever needed chasing. She organised my solicitors. She did the viewings and waited at my house for surveyors when I was unable to. Even when one buyer was ‘dragging their feet’ with their solicitor, Jessica kept me calm and literally within 12 hours had a new, better and ultimately perfect new buyer. This would not have happened without her brilliance. There is so much more which she did, but I’ll stop there because I’m aware of the length of this review already. If it wasn’t for Jessica, I would not have sold my house for such a great price, to such great buyers. Jessica was beyond amazing and as you can sense, I am extremely happy that she was in charge of my house sale. There is no one else I would go to, when it comes to selling and buying more properties now. Thank you Jessica, you were super professional and amazing.
