Philip Bartlett has been very helpful from the moment the property was viewed right up to exchange of contracts. He has great communication and negotiation skills towards the buyer as well the seller. In our case once the offer was made, he made sure that we were serious candidates before negotiating with both the parties to reach an agreeable price. There were problems with survey reports and he made sure that he understood the situation and guided us towards making acceptable renegotiations for both the parties and progressing until contracts were exchanged.
