Like the best parts of London it's a bit rough around the edges, but with a good atmosphere and a great bet for a few bargains. An area with great potential, especially since the arrival of the DLR station. Value for money is still very much apparent with a wealth of good Victorian properties to choose from, plus an increase in new builds over the past few years, located near to the station.
