The Night Tube will draw young professionals, families and shift workers to new areas
The Jubilee line was added to London’s 24 hour Night Tube on 7th October. As the Night Tube continues to expand, it is expected to increase the popularity of areas along the line, especially among young professionals.
The Night Tube allows young professionals living in these areas to enjoy London’s world class nightlife and take the underground home.
People who work extended hours and weekends, such as those working with international finance markets and in the media as well as support staff and those in catering, are also likely to benefit from the extended Night Tube.
Areas along the Jubilee line, such as Canada Water and Kilburn, are likely to see a boost in popularity as the Night Tube opens them up to young professionals and families who might previously have overlooked them.

Cheaper than neighbouring Bermondsey and on the Jubilee Line, Canada Water has already undergone significant regeneration and offers quick, direct journeys into Canary Wharf, the City, and the West End. Earlier this year, we opened a branch in Canada Water.
Kilburn is also in the midst of a massive regeneration that is likely to see thousands of new homes constructed over the next few years. Combined with the Jubilee Line joining the Night Tube, this is likely to increase the area’s popularity with people who work in Central London.
Stephen Ludlow, Chairman of ludlowthompson, comments: “Areas along the Night Tube are ones to watch. Before the Night Tube, many of these areas may have been overlooked by buyers, in particular young professionals.
“Areas that are currently on the Night Tube, such as Finsbury Park and Acton, have already seen the benefits.
“The momentum behind these infrastructure developments is to drive the economy through increasing Labour mobility and employability at all levels and areas such as Acton that offer affordability now offer access to the employment market 24 hours a day."
