Buy-to-let investors should seek advice from an expert before committing themselves to an investment deal.
Research commissioned by The Money Centre, an independent buy-to-let mortgage broker, believes that in the long term Landlords who take advice can save money both on the initial purchase and the ongoing investment.
There is now more uncertainty in the property market and a wise investor should seek the services of a professional who can guide them through the minefield of mortgages.
Lynsey Sweales, marketing and pr director of The Money Centre, says: “Decisions over your finances shouldn’t be taken lightly, so we always recommend potential and existing landlords take their time to research and plan their approach to property investment. Having a solid strategy and clear end goal is important in making the more of your investments.”
